Migrate IMAP Email History
This third pary service copies all emails and folders from old IMAP server to new IMAP server, for free, for small email accounts.
If you would like us to manage your email migrations, we can do that for you using our own migration software. Please enquire as to the cost.
The migration of email accounts, keeps your email address the same, and your inbox structure, including all folders, will also remain the same. Your password can remain the same, so long as it is a good secure password.
The host names of email servers usually change during the mail migration service. You will need to reconfigure all your desktops and devices to use the new hostnames. You should consult an IT professional to help you through that process. Our email migration service only covers the technical migration of the email history, and it does not cover phone support to talk you through configuring your device.

There are several ways that email can be added/accessed on your domain name. Email forwarding, POP3 Mailbox Accounts, IMAP Mailbox Accounts, Google Suite/Apps, Microsoft Office 365, Server Name / MX Record change, Web Mail

You should normally be able to let OSX detect the settings, but here are the settings shown in you uncheck Automatically manage connection settings.

You can setup a mail account hosted with us in your standard Gmail account by linking it as a third party account
Make sure you are using the incoming and outgoing mail servers provided by our instructions inside the CMS.
Incoming: mail.cms-tool.net
Outgoing: smtp.cms-tool.net
