Your first step is to pick a website template you like. Scroll through the options, taking a closer look at ones you are interested in. If at a later stage you decide you want to use a different template, that is no problem. You simply back up your current website, view the available templates and select another. This can be done as many times as you need, and by making backups, you can go back to your original template at any time.

What payment options can my customers use?
Unlike Shopify and other platforms, we do NOT charge you any transaction fees when customers place orders! Our shopping cart integrates with multiple payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, Windcave, Afterpay, eWay, Zip and WeChat Pay. You can view these and the other payment gateway integrations here.
Can I set different prices for wholesale or VIP customers?
Yes, you can set different pricing options for wholesale or VIP customers. You have the ability to set up to 8 wholesale pricing tiers for every product which are defined to match a customer pricing group. With VIP pricing, you can set a specific price tier for certain customer groups, such as those who have signed up to your email list. You can also set up pricing for an individual member too.
How many pricing tiers can I create?
You can create up to 8 unique pricing tiers in addition to the standard price for each product. Each product can have a minimum quantity defined to achieve wholesale pricing, so that wholesale customers could buy in cartons or pallets, not single items. If 8 price tiers is not sufficient for your needs, then we offer unlimited unique prices per member per product.
Can only specific logged in user groups see exclusive pricing?
Yes, you can choose to whom exclusive pricing is visible or not. To do this, you would set up a unique member group, add their name, email and other contact details, and give them a personalised login to your website. With this login, they would only have access to the specific pricing tier you had already allocated the member group they are in. Once signed in, they can add products to their cart and will see the allocated pricing for the products you have chosen for this pricing tier. They do not have access to any other areas of your website.
What shipping methods and freight costs can I set?
You can set multiple shipping costs for your online store: base fee, minimum fee, per unit fee, by weight, domestic and international. You have the option to mix and match fees to create complex freight and handling fee calculations. You can offer free shipping with a total value of an order is over X, lock freight destinations to a specific currency or country, and even offer customers the option to select the freight destination/method which best suits their needs.
You can offer your customers multiple shipping methods too. Our eCommerce platform integrates with a variety of courier companies, which offer multiple services, including live pricing.
Can I sell digital vouchers?
Absolutely! Yes, you can sell digital vouchers through your online store, as well as physical voucher products. Each voucher can only be used once, and upon purchase, they are available for immediate use. Each voucher will have a nominal value, voucher number, expiry date, issued to (optional) and redeemed by Order ID (set on redemption).
What promotions can I use in my shop?
Website World's popular eCommerce platform gives you the opportunity to offer multiple discounts and promotions through your online store. For example, buy 2 get 1 free, enter promotion code 'SALE' and get 20% off all products in category X, buy 1 get 1 half price or free shipping over $100.
Is there a loyalty program for my customers?
Yes, Website World's eCommerce platform has a loyalty points program available. Our loyalty points program lets your customers earn loyalty points for their purchases, or recommending others to purchase from you. Points belong to a customer's member record, and can be redeemed during the checkout journey.
What is a POS system and do I need one?
Website World's popular eCommerce platform has a free integrated point of sale system, enabling you to take phone orders or sell at markets, wherever you have a tablet and internet access. When using the POS, you can view real time inventory levels, accept payments via EftPOS terminals, complete order fulfillment, return goods, provide low stock counts and voucher synchronisation.
How do I take bookings for my services?
As well as being able to sell physical and digital products, you can also use Website World's eCommerce enabled booking systems. Through your website, your customers can book their own services, accommodation, tours and hire items.
