Create a form where new people can subscribe or register to be a member of your business or organisation
A membership form, is a form designed to capture as much information about a person as possible when they first register.
You might like a low friction form like a simple name+email subscribe form, or you might like a full registration form with postal address, and other custom questions that you want to retain.
To add page of this type,
- Go to Web Pages
- Add page
- Select Membership & Subscription
- Find Registration Forms, Membership, Collaboration
- Select the page type that best describes what sort of form you want.
It doesn't really matter which form type you start with, as you can add/remove fields until you are happy with them.
You can add more sections and custom questions as you like.
Look for the button named "Add / Edit Form Fields"
Dependent Section Visability
You can hide sections of your form until your user has answered a particular question, or chosen a particular answer. Click the Cog button next to the section or question.

There are 2 common ways you might setup a registration form, and its important to consider the difference between a one time member registration form, vs a custom enquiry form that might be used to capture multiple event registrations from a single customer over time.
Any page can have an enquiry form added. This form can also be customised with your own form fields and questions.
