Merging Member Profiles

Sometimes you may need to merge member profiles if there are two profiles with the same email or the member has two separate profiles they would like merged together. 

To Merge Profiles

1. Go to Members

2. Search to find the profile you would like to keep. 

3. Go into the members profile and select the More tab.

4. Press the Merge button

5. Search the members name or email address you would like to merge into this current account. 

6. Select the box next to the customer who's profile you want to merge and click Import/Merge Records Now
