AI Powered Chat Bots

Website World now offers AI powered chat bots that you can use on your website, or where you can ask the AI bot for help building your website. 

These chat bots are trained on the public facing content of your website (or our website), so that they can provide really helpful answers. 

An AI chat bot is extremely good at understanding the deep knowledge of all your product descriptions, and then converting the customers query into a useful product recomendation, or support solution. The AI chat bot will consider your terms and conditions, and any other information on your website to help answers about shipping. 

AI chat bots do not have access to the back end of your website. They cannot access your confidential information except in some unique situations. We have added 1 tool that enables the chat bot to answer customer queries about their order status. The bot does not have access to the order information, but it does have access to a tool that we built. This very focused tool will "exchange an order number for an order status and delivery date". The bot cannot see any more information about the order. The user will not learn anything else about the order. They will not get tracking information, as the user is not authenticated. You do not need to have this tool enabled, but you can if you want. 

The bot has 2 modes, text chat, or voice. The voice feature is very cool, and it can maintain a reasonable conversation with a human. The voice mode can also be connected to a telephone number. Please contact us if you want to have a telephone AI voice agent trained on your website content. 

The bot can be setup to understand many languages. If you would like to support more languages, please contact us. 

If you want to trial the AI chat bot on your website, we can enable it for free until end of March 2026. The ongoing price for the chat bot will be $15 per month, or included free in the $100 hosting plan or above. 

We will also soon offer the AI chat bot inside our CMS. This chat bot is trained on our help FAQ content, and has some understanding of the application navigation. It's important to understand that the bot cannot read any of the information on the page. It cannot make changes to your website. It is only able to give you guidance on how to do these things. We will also be extending some functionality to help it navigate you around the website.
