Improved Facebook Pixel Integration

We have improved our integration with Facebook Pixel. You now only need to enter your pixel ID into our SEO Analytics Tracking area, and we will automatically post all the important conversion events and sales data to Facebook so they can better target your advertising spend.

If you are not sure where to put the new ID, just send us your whole Facebook tracking code, and we can hook it up for you.

Email Sending Limits

We have implemented email sending limits to help prevent our mail servers from being blacklisted from an occasional customer who get hacked, and who's computers start sending spam.

If you have any reason to send more than 100 emails a day (other than via our bulk emailer), then you will need to contact us so that we can increase your email sending permissions. Otherwise our servers will simply block you from sending too much email per day.

Paypal - Unpaid transaction warning.

Anyone using Paypal for checkout payments might need to manually reconcile any unpaid orders from the 9th July to the 14th July. Annoyingly, Paypal changed their API slightly (in random situations) and they didn't tell anyone... We have solved the issue for either use case, but transactions in the days preceding may show unpaid in our system, even though paid in Paypal. Paypal gives us no option to verify historical transactions, so you will need to manually reconcile any unpaid transactions on our system

Product Search During Linking

You can now search for a product by name or code when linking it.

Laybuy Payment Option

We've added a new payment option for Laybuy, that will accept a 6 step payment plan from customers, while paying the business in full (less transaction fees). It has been quite popular. We have also added a new feature to hide certain payment options depending on the size of the transaction, as it doesn't make sense to offer Laybuy on transactions under $30 for example.

New Booking and Hire System

Our new developer Marat has been busy working on one of our biggest updates in a while.

Customers can book a meeting or appointment from an availability calendar.
Customers can book and pay for services, including deposits.
Customers can view their bookings and modify dates or times, within set parameters.
Customers can hire items, where availability is managed by our system, pay for deposits, etc.

Already you can add these products to your catalogue.

Customers can checkout having confirmed a booking time, date, or pickup time.

Beta Testers Wanted

We are still working on the usability aspects of those final steps in the checkout, but if you want to help us make it just how you want it to be, then we would love it if would help us test the interface and provide feedback. Be prepared for bugs. This is not ready for production yet, but it is a great chance to ensure you get the booking system you really want. Just email support with any feedback, attention to Marat.

Clearing your Browser Cache and Publishing

Caching speeds up your computer, but it also causes confusion when viewing changes to your website. Every web master needs to become familiar with this concept. Almost a third of all our support tickets relate to mis understandings about caching. We can't change the nature of the internet, we only educate.

Pressing publish button is neccesary even before you go live. Pressing the publish button allows you to navigate your trial website. When you navigate your trial website, you are actually navigating the published pages in many cases. Only the first page to preview in preview mode usually shows your recent changes.
Your web browser is not aware that you are currently editing your website. The web browser does not undersstand any connection between our website builder CMS, and your website with a completely different URL. You typically need to press REFRESH on your browser to see recent updates. Or you may even need to clear your browser cache.
