System Notice

Kiwi.nz Domains

Who wants .kiwi.nz domains? A great new option, but get in quick because over 3000 have already been registered, and most of the good ones have gone. These are now available to register via our CMS. Please login to ensure your new domains are connected to your existing website. Or for new businesses, go to our public Domain Search and Registration

We have launched a shared notice board for product development suggestions. Help us focus on the correct improvements to our CMS. Checkout our Trello Board. New Features

More Product Options

Adding sizes, colours and styles to products just got easier. If your product range carries standard options, you should define these first. Then you can just tick them to add matching options to relevant products. The benefit of using standard options, colours, etc, will be that we will soon offer a product search/filter feature, and these standard options will ensure that function works more smoothly. You also have the option of adding images for styles as has been an option for colours for some time. Uploading image swatches for "standard colours/styles" will also save some time.

Customized Member Registration Forms

Member registration forms are now very customizable. You can add/remove fields from these standard forms easily. This includes adding questions to subscription forms. Advanced users might even go so far as to make several forms for their members to login and update additional data... e.g. Gyms... Tennis clubs... etc... All data is recorded against the member permanently, and we can track changes. For example you can get your customers to submit "health updates" or other data you need. All this data can be exported into CSV format.

Email Campaign Management

Campaigns are a sequence of newsletters sent with a delay between emails. Recipients will receive the first email shortly after joining the list. Automated campaigns are great for sending prewritten content in sequential order, or for automating tasks like subscription reminders or product anniversaries.

The Campaign Mmanagement System will be released in sections the first section has now been released Stepped Newsletters!

Rules engine coming next, but there is enough there to simplify many lives for now when you want to have stepped newsletters...

Bulk Emailer Improvements

Bulk emailer, you can now edit your email text when sending is half complete (which pauses the job), and restart them again later. You can restart an email even when its running, and change it's send settings, such as defining the best time of day or week to send... You can even restart a job that is completely finished, by adding more recipients, then restarting...

New Template Selector Tool

We're just completing an update to our "template selector tool" that makes it easier for you to find the templates you want. We have hundreds of templates, and we are making new templates all the time.

Our training videos are currently being updated with our New CMS layout plus we will be videos for recently added features. We will let you know as soon as they are made live.

Our original videos are still available to help you setup your website, or shopping cart, or payment options. Please note these videos show the old look and feel CMS and we are slowely upgrading the videos.

There are 2 new hosting plans, FREE for very charitable websites serving the greater good helping those less fortunate, or $150/year for other community groups and sports teams. Existing customers may retrospectively request these plans.

  • Ask your friends to include your login email address on the form when they signup
  • Create a trial for your friends, using their email address, but put your login email in the referred by area.

  • Add a page, on the right under tooltips, see "Website Creation Affiliate Link"
