The Australasian Leadership Institute provides practical leadership development, executive coaching and management training for leaders and organisations throughout New Zealand and across the Asia-Pacific region.
Led by Chief Leadership Coach Mark Wager, the Institute works with leaders at every stage of their career, from new and emerging managers through to senior executives and CEOs. The focus is on helping good people become exceptional leaders by developing the practical skills, confidence and self-awareness required to lead effectively in today’s workplace.
Services include one-to-one executive and leadership coaching, in-house leadership development programmes, management training, team development and facilitated workshops. Specialist areas include emotional intelligence, leading without authority, difficult conversations, accountability, psychological safety, motivation, workplace culture and developing high-performing teams.
The Institute’s approach is practical rather than theoretical. Leadership development is tailored to the individual or organisation, with an emphasis on providing leaders with ideas and techniques they can apply immediately in real workplace situations.
The Australasian Leadership Institute has worked with leaders from a wide range of organisations, including the New Zealand Defence Force, Ministry of Justice, ACC, Fisher & Paykel, St John, Barnardos, Weta Workshop, UNICEF and Amnesty International.
Based in Auckland, the Institute works with clients throughout New Zealand and internationally, with coaching available in person and online.
