Bulk Mailer MS Outlook Formatting Improvements

We have made several updates to the bulk emailer, to help get your formatting displayed correctly on Microsoft email clients. Annoyingly, Microsoft email clients only support a very small and limited set of HTML formatting options. This means that all emails need to be sent using tables to limit the width of an email, or contain columns or aligned images.

In order to benefit from these changes, you may need to recreate some snippets from our drag and drop email editor. Any snippets with left/right images, or columns of images, or buttons, will need to be created anew.

We have also added a new "send test email" feature, so you can test your emails on multiple email clients prior to sending your email to all recipients.

Melissa is backed up by Marat our new developer who has been with us for a few months already, working hard on our new Booking Manager and Hire Item System. System Updates

Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders - you can now view and create purchase orders more easily. Record the stock that is on order, and more easily convert that to stock on hand when it arrives. We are looking for more testers of this new inventory management feature. Please send feedback to support@website.world

Partial Shipping Notifications

Partial shipping updates are now available... eg, when customer orders 2 items, and you need to notify them of sending only 1 item that is instock while waiting on back order stock.

Payment Options By Member Level

You can now limit payment options depending on member level... eg public, authorized members only, or POS... thus only trade customers can "pay on invoice" and only POS staff members can take "cash"

New Features Coming Soon

Our new developer Marat is busy working on one of our biggest updates in a while. We will be adding a booking management system in coming months.

Customers can book a meeting or appointment from an availability calendar.
Customers can book and pay for services, including deposits.
Customers can view their bookings and modify dates or times, within set parameters.
Customers can hire items, where availability is managed by our system, pay for deposits, etc.

There is a lot of work going on, and we know this will be a popular feature.

Many of the administrative features are now available for you to test. However, the public facing booking availability engine is still under development. We hope to have a full beta test available next month.

Clearing your Browser Cache and Publishing

Caching speeds up your computer, but it also causes confusion when viewing changes to your website. Every web master needs to become familiar with this concept. Almost a third of all our support tickets relate to mis understandings about caching. We can't change the nature of the internet, we only educate.

Pressing publish button is neccesary even before you go live. Pressing the publish button allows you to navigate your trial website. When you navigate your trial website, you are actually navigating the published pages in many cases. Only the first page to preview in preview mode usually shows your recent changes.
Your web browser is not aware that you are currently editing your website. The web browser does not undersstand any connection between our website builder CMS, and your website with a completely different URL. You typically need to press REFRESH on your browser to see recent updates. Or you may even need to clear your browser cache.
