New Features

Customisable Order Notifications

We've updated all of our order notification templates, voucher templates etc. They are all now fully customisable. Before you get too stuck into making your custom templates, please test thoroughly on a test website before implementing them on your site.

Secure Document Delivery

Secure document delivery (selling eBooks and Software online) has been upgraded to use a secure link method for delivery. File sizes are no longer relevant, and all files can be downloaded from the main order confirmation email. This is a really great feature that many of our customers use to sell their ebooks, software, patterns, MP3, high resolution photos, etc, etc anything digital can be sold online in real time, with no admin required if payment is made by credit card.

Automated Voucher Sales

You can setup any product in your shopping cart as a voucher for sale. These vouchers (with random voucher numbers) are automatically added to your websites voucher list once payment has been susccessully processed. Selling vouchers with a discount, is a great way to encourage users to come back later. You can also sell online vouchers for cafes/restaurants/retail, however, you must make sure you disable the voucher in your website once redeemed in store, otherwise it could be used a second time online.

Members and Order Management Updates

We have updated our members and order management areas to use popups. We hope you will like the new layout, which should give you access to more features more quickly and new features as they are added. Although the add member area may introduce a new navigational step, we hope you will find the new layout less cluttered, less scary and the data entry a little faster when entering multiple records.

Timed Newsletter Delivery

You can now control the timing and date of email newsletter delivery. We will very shortly be adding fully automated campaign management, and this is the first step. Campaign management will allow you to drip feed pre written emails to recipients in a sequential order, and shortly after we will add rules for automatically adding matching members to campaigns. One of the most useful campaigns will be for dealing with subscription renewals, or order reminders for products with limited lifespans.

New Unlimited Hosting Plan

We have a new unlimited hosting plan which are great for those who are worried about traffic going crazy on your site. If you are planning on a major marketing campaign like treatme, or television advertising, we suggest you get on one of our higher hosting plans and keep an eye on the traffic. You must increase your hosting plan before the end of the month to avoid excess traffic fees.

Training Options

Website Builder Seminar 6th September

Website Builder seminar, learn how to build a website at the Grey Lynn Business Association seminar on 6th September at 4pm. This seminar is targeted at novice users or those who have not yet trialed our website builder service. The seminar is being put on by GLBA and is free for GLBA members. If you would like to attend there is a non member fee of $30 per person. All enquiries should be made through the GLBA website so they have an idea on numbers.

Our training videos are currently being updated with our New CMS layout plus we will be videos for recently added features. We will let you know as soon as they are made live.

Our original videos are still available to help you setup your website, or shopping cart, or payment options. Please note these videos show the old look and feel CMS and we are slowely upgrading the videos.

There are 2 hosting plans for charities: Free for very charitable websites serving the greater good helping those less fortunate, or $150/year for all other community groups and sports teams. Existing customers may retrospectively request these plans.

All charities must comply with our special terms and conditions, primarily that they must not have any paid staff or income apart from donations/subscriptions. Free websites will include an advert promoting website builder services. The other plan is advertising free but do welcome any promotion you want to give us.
