Collecting Social Proof

What social proof does your business have? Reviews, case studies, referrals, testimonials? Social proof is like word of mouth marketing. Your customers or clients publicly share their thoughts about your business' products, services, customer service, employees ...
Product reviews are pure gold for online sellers. A couple of sentences from a genuine customer can have more influence than what you say about a product. The spanner in the works though, is that it can be really difficult to get those all important product reviews. It can feel uncomfortable chasing customers to write a review, but the effort is well worth it.

In this article, we'll discuss ways and techniques of asking for and receiving product reviews

How to Increase Online Sales

When it comes to increasing sales through your online shop, there are three ways you can do this:
  • attract more customers
  • increase the number of repeat customers
  • increase the quantity they order
But how exactly can you get these three things to happen? The good news is that sometimes it's the simple changes which can make all the difference. This means that rather than paying a large marketing bill, tweaking things within your ecommerce store may be the solution you need.
In this article, we discuss some of the simple steps you can take today to begin to increase your online sales.

Entering The David Awards

The David Awards is a New Zealand-wide national business award programme for small, micro and home businesses in New Zealand. All businesses with up to 10 full time equivalent employees are eligible for entry into the Awards.

Category restrictions, for example how long a business has been trading, may apply in some instances. To keep it fair for everyone, franchisees are not eligible, but a developing franchise business (i.e. the franchisor), with no more than 10 people working in the business, can enter.

Every eligible business may enter up to three categories, plus the People's Choice Award - with just a single entry form! As proud supporters, we'd love for more of our customers to enter The David Awards - will you enter?
