Within the CMS, we have added an option to select AI assistant in creating freight and discount discount rules. Both options are accessible via the eCommerce Freight and Discounts options. To use, you will need to provide a plain language explanation of what you are wanting to accomplish. AI will then feed back to you its understanding of what you want to do, along with details on additional information it needs from you to create the rule.
