Website Contact Tracing Form

As we enter Alert Level 2, recording the contact details of people who are onsite is mandatory for many and recommended for all businesses and venues throughout the country.

The details required to be collected include date and time of contact, full name, contact phone number and in some cases, physical address.

To make this easy for both the business and its employees and visitors, you can set up a contact tracing form on your website for people to complete before entering the premises.

On your website, simply create an inquiry form or subscribe form. Add the form to your website and leave a printed sign on your gate or front door asking people to complete your website's online form before entering.

Upon submitting their details through the form, their details are sent via email to the notification address you have chosen.

If you would like one of our team to set this up for you, we can do so for a fee of $100.

Choosing Your Bulk Email Marketing Platform

When it comes time to choose your bulk email marketing platform, there are plenty of choices. MailChimp, Mad Mimi, Constant Contact, Converter Kit, AWeber are just some of the options of email software which is separate from your website. Or you could pick a bulk email solution which was included with your web hosting plan.

In this article, we're discussing how to pick the bulk email platform which best suits your needs.

Best Newsletter Email Subject Line Examples

Imagine a world where every email newsletter you set had a 100% open rate? Is that even possible? Well, probably not to be honest. But that doesn't mean you need to accept newsletter open rates of less than 10% as your lot. Most of the time, the email subject line is the deciding factor as to whether someone opens your email or deletes it.

Often though, the email subject line is very often added with little thought. While no one suggests that you spend as much time crafting the perfect  subject line as you have the newsletter, giving it more attention would be advantageous.

In this article, we are sharing a list of some of the best email subject line examples for you to gain inspiration from. We'll also share our top tips on how to write high performing subject lines with you too.

How to Write an Email Newsletter Which Gets Read

Email newsletters are a great marketing tool to attract new customers and keep your business in the minds of your existing or previous customers. The issue is, so many newsletters are left unopened or deleted upon arriving in an inbox. How do you:

  1. Get your newsletters opened and read?
  2. Get the links in your newsletters clicked upon?

Like with any content, you need to give your readers what they want. To do this, you need to know your target audience really well, and this means creating a buyer persona for them. Once you know their specifics (age, location, gender, likes, dislikes, finances etc), you can target your content to specfically meet their needs. Doing so will help you improve your open and click through rates.

Today we're going to focus on three things: characteristics of high performing email newsletters, how to set your newsletter out and content ideas for your newsletter. We'll also share two free tools you can use to check the effectiveness of your email subject headings.

The migration service takes a perfect snapshot of all SEO meta tags and URL filenames, ensuring that all pages are in the right place, and specifying the same SEO information, just as Google is used to seeing prior to migration.

After migration, you can then use our SEO tools to manage your meta tags yourself, and further improve your google ranking, without worrying about implementing 301 redirects. That step is not necessary, as your site map has been maintained.
