If you require personalised training, we can provide this training in person at our offices in Grey Lynn, Auckland, or over the phone. Training costs $50 per half hour.
We would encourage all customers to get at least one hour of training at the early stages of building their website, and one more review prior to going live, just to give your website that professional critique, and quick tidy up of the rough bits.

We've performed along overdue upgrade to our telephone voice menu. A new professionally recorded voice will take you to the most requested areas, and get the right person in touch with you quicker. You can speed up the process if you press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts or 3 for support... Ask the team for their DDI access number if you want faster access to specific people.
Please note, that email is always the best way to communicate with us as you can provide more information, screenshots, links etc. Phone calls often take 15 minutes, and at peak times we cannot answer all calls.
We have also removed the 3rd party call center that we had answering the phones for the last few months, and have reduced our regional numbers. We now have just 3 simple free phone numbers.

And via our online support portal, we provide a new option to lodge urgent or emergeny support requests. These special requests will send SMS alert messages to the whole team. Such urgent service does incure a $10 fee, but this fee will be waived if you are just notifiying us of an outage.
Over the years we have attempted to provide a free support service as best we can. Also during this time we have built a solid foundation of online help, videos and tutorials. Many of the questions our customers now ask us are extremely complicated to research and answer, it can take our long term staff an hour to answer some questions. And it typically takes us less time to do the work ourselves that it takes us to write a step by step tutorial.
We are progressing to a new approach where our independent design consultants will quote and invoice you directly for their time. This will result in lower fees for you training and design.
We have been working on a replacement for the current shopping cart, with some great new layout options for advanced users... Our developers are working on the finishing touches and our designers are working these into the existing templates.
Most exciting will be a narrow "ticker tape" version of the shopping cart similar to a supermarket receipt..
We envision the upgrade will happen sometime in late September. Most users will not notice any differences, however anyone who has spent effort customising the look of their shopping cart with CSS code may need to revisit this work.
We have a new WYSIWYG editor mode for websites. It's great for people who like to navigate their website normally and just click to edit any element they want.
Due to popular feedback, we will be retaining the current navigational approach in the CMS, so you can choose which way you want to edit your pages.
To access the new click to edit mode, just click on the orange "Edit Content" button in the CMS.
We have upgraded our SEO area in the CMS further, and you can now get free links to lots of affiliated business directories.
Just hover over the SEO tab in the CMS, and click on "Link Building (Directories).
Most directories are free, and we have already given a free link to all our customers in the: Website Builder Customer Directory.

In 99% of cases the answer to a problem is covered in one (or more) of these places. We always fix bugs fast, with all the users we have we get notified very fast of any real bug - they are not common, so if you are having an issue operating the CMS consider some online training with us - you'll always take something away worth value. In all other cases we are happy to do anything you are having trouble doing yourself for a small fee starting from $20 for 10 minutes.
