How to Integrate Xero on your Existing Website World Website

1. Login to website builder, or create a new trial webspace/shop.
2. Once logged in, click "Shop Setup" from the left menu..
3. Scroll down to plugins, and search for Xero if you cannot find it. 
4. Add the Xero plugin
5. Customise any special account codes, and stock syncronisation methods. 
6. You will then need to link and authorise you Xero Account Click the "Authorise Xero Account" link
7. A popup window will appear.
8. If you have more than 1 company, select the Business/Organisation to connect, and complete the authorisation steps.

Pricing

Xero is a subscription service, that you can purchase directly from Xero, or through your bookkeeper or accountant. 

Our website builder and hosting service incurs standard web hosting fees. 

Our ecommerce platform integrates natively with Xero. There is a fee for using this plugin to integrate with Xero, but only if you are on the starter hosting plan. The Xero plugin is free with business plan and above. Please login to the CMS to see this fee in your own CCY.

We charge a minimum fee of $30+gst for any support related to APIs such as Xero, and hourly fee applies otherwise. 

Trouble Shooting

If you need assistance with the Xero integration setup, or understanding how it works, then there is a cost for support from us. We try to make it as easy as possible to connect Xero and Website World seemlessly, but the nature of connecting any API may result in configuration issues, or data issues, such as when an old customer buys a product after you archived them in Xero, or if you accidently reuse a product code that you previously archived.
