All fees on this page exclude GST and are indicative only. Only quoted prices are firm.

Examples of things we do for free

  • Update accounts or domain name contact details
  • Provide quotes for work
  • Confirm availability of a domain name
  • Query accounts history
  • Fix any errors/bugs we created in either your website or ours.
  • Investigate any issues that are relevant to tools under our control, and direct you to the best workaround, contact person or provide a quote to resolve the issue.
  • Indicate the availability or location of a specific function or option within our content management system
  • Confirm that a POP3 account is active by testing the webmail interface
  • Investigate and resolve domain nameserver issues
  • One time 5 minute training session over the phone.
  • We will answer common support questions by email. We ask that you respect a reasonable use policy, eg under 20 minutes in total in any calendar month. If you ask alot of questions that are complex to answer or have not completed our online tutorials, then we will suggest that you attend one of our training courses, or we arrange a time for over the phone training which would incur a fee. No fees are charged without your prior agreement.

Examples of things we do for $20

  • 5-10 minutes of step by step instructions
  • Make a spelling change or minor text edit to your website
  • Per photo, we will resize, auto correct and upload the photo to a gallery page.
  • Make changes to any settings on your website that you are able to do yourself via the CMS.
  • File verification method for google

Examples of things we do for $60

  • 30 minutes of step by step instructions over the phone
  • Per photo, we will crop, watermark or do minor adjustments and upload onto any page in any position
  • Custom nameserver changes
  • Help you setup a new email account and provide you over the phone technical support.

Example of things we do for $100

  • 60 minutes of over the phone training
  • Setup google apps email for you, or provide any support related to google apps email setup
  • Upload a CD of photos
  • Upload a customer list or product list from a spreadsheet or CSV format (subject to data suitability)

Standard Hourly Rates, Training and Meetings - from $100 / hr

  • Graphics Design - $90 per hour excl GST
  • Search Engine Optimisation - $90 per hour excl gst
  • Programming, Template Customisations  - $120 per hour excl GST
  • Training at our office with Mike or Albie $90 per hour
  • Training at our office with Reuben $120 per hour
  • Training at your office, $200 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
  • One time 5 minute training session over the phone. Free.
  • Additional training over the phone, $2 per minute, minimum 10 minutes. Phone call at our expense.
  • Sales meeting at our office, 1 time upto 30 minutes free. $100 per hour thereafter. We note that sales time eventually becomes more focused requirements analysis after a short period.

6 Hours Custom Design Package - $540 

  • Using our standard templates
  • Customised with your colours and imagery
  • A professional end look and feel
  • SEO and content layout as possible given time allocation.

Standard Quote For Custom Setup of a BasicTemplate - $350

  • You priovide us a URL to a free website template or an existing website for which you are entitled to use the design.
  • We will download all associated graphics.
  • We will create your template
  • We will link the template menu to your required pages and attempt to create a dynamic menu in its place (dynamic menu means you can add/remove buttons) . If a dynamic menu is not possible, we will discuss options for replacement with a new menu, or leaving the menu static.
  • No design changes permitted for this fee.
  • If the initial template is in a graphical format (non HTML) then an additional $200 applies for cutting up the images into a suitable HTML format.

Standard Quote For Transfer of a Website - $700

  • We will copy up to a 12 page website into our content management system and fixup any broken links.
  • We will separate the content from the design/navigation to ensure you are more easily able to modify content on your website in future.
  • We will maintain as much as possible the look and feel of your existing website, while at the same time considering future issues of maintainability and search engine optimisation.
  • By merely importing your website into our CMS any pages not previously SEO'd are likely to increase.
  • We will rewire 1 contact us/enquiry form to our own emailer tool, and format the notification email for upto 10 fields.
  • We will link the template menu to your required pages and attempt to create a dynamic menu in its place (dynamic menu means you can add/remove buttons). If a dynamic menu is not possible, we will discuss options for replacement with a new menu, or leaving the menu static. 
  • Maximum of 1 design template per website. ie during separation of content from design, all design/navigation must be consistent over all pages, or we will pick the best one.
  • No design changes permitted for this fee.

Template Customisation - New Graphical Banner - $350

  • If you would like a variation on a standard template layout, we can create a customised banner for you using your own images or logo.
  • This quote does not include any modification of other elements like menus.

Template Customisation - Custom Menu - $300

  • We will create a new CSS menu to your exacting colour/size requirements including dynamic single level popup submenus.

 

Standard Quote for 6 Page Brochure Website - $2000

  • We will design a 6 page website to your exacting design requirements.
  • This fee includes several interations of the design process
  • This fee includes laying out photos and content to your exacting requirements
  • Includes 1 hours training
  • Includes implementation of 3 search friendly SEO keyphrases

 

Standard Search Engine Optimisation Quote - $100 per page/keyphrase

  • We encourage everyone to get their home page optimised at least.
  • You should optimise each page for a different keyphrase. You should not try to optmise one page for several keyphrases
  • Optimisation includes meta title, meta description, meta keywords, main page heading and opening paragraph.
  • If we note any other specific issues with your page, we will advise you.
