You can generate a professional PDF catalogue of your products to share with customers, print, or use as a sales tool.
How to access the PDF Catalogue:
- Ir a E-Commerce from the main menu.
- Click Reports.
- Scroll down to the PDF Catalogue section.
Catalogue Options
Before generating your catalogue, you can customise the information included:
- Category Filter – Select a specific category if you only want products from a particular section of your store.
- Price Filter – Choose which pricing to display:
Price Group Pricing – Displays pricing for a selected wholesale or customer price group.
- Include Out of Stock Items – Choose whether products that are currently out of stock should appear in the catalogue.
Generate the Catalogue
Once you have selected your preferred options:
- Click Download PDF Catalogue.
- The system will generate your catalogue.
- Save or share the PDF with customers as needed.

You can view various reports related to your orders, customers, products and stock via the E-COMMERCE > Reports area.
Gross profit is the difference between the price you sell items for, and the price you buy items for. Several reports will show gross profit numbers, and you may require more explanation as to where these numbers come from.
