Installing the Stock Take Plugin

  1. Go to E-commerce
  2. Scroll down to Plugins
  3. Search for Stock Take
  4. Click the + button to add the plugin
  5. Confirm installation

Using the Stock Take Tool

The Stock Take plugin is designed for fast, keyboard-friendly stock updates, making it easy to complete stock takes efficiently.

Stock Take Screen Overview

Columns Explained:

  • Stock Take – Entry identifier
  • Code – Product SKU or code
  • Product – Product name
  • Stock Level – Current recorded stock
  • Quantity – Updated stock count (what you enter)
  • Notes – Optional comments (e.g. damaged, missing)
  • Options – Edit product or actions
