To view messages received from your form submission pages
- Clikck on the ENQUIRIES button.
- This will give you the list of stored messages, with dates email addresses and message content.
- You can view and reply to customers
- You can add notes to their member record.
- You can download messages as CSV data, where each question becomes a column in the spreadsheeet.
Data Retention Duration
- Custom form submissions and enquiries are kept for 1 year for general public, then deleted to avoid clogging up our system with a history of mostly spam.
- Messages and posts are kept permanently for members with an authorised level or higher, so move your real customers up to a higher level if you wish to retain this information.

Any page can have an enquiry form added. This form can also be customised with your own form fields and questions.

With the Form popup window available in Drag and drop and Contentbox editors, you can set a field to appear only when a previous field is set. With the Contentbox editor you can reveal sections which contain multiple form-fields.

By default, all form fields are included along with your custom email notification template. If your custom template already accounts for all the form information, you can disable this option.
