Website World now has a card present EFTPOS/POS integration with Windcave!

As an introductory offer, Windcave is offering:

*Onboarding is considered completed when a merchant has satisfied all required steps by completing a application that has met Windcave AML compliance checks, and accepted an agreement. The offer is contingent on merchants signing up for a minimum of 36 months.

We are looking for Website World customers to try out a new AI chat bot we are developing. This chat bot works to understand your product range, and can provide meaningful answers to customer queries, as well as have access to all the content on your website to help them answer questions about delivery, terms and conditions etc. It can also provide answers about order status, delivery date. It can be used with text and/or voice.

As this is a work in progress, if you are interested, you can get this service for free until 31st March. Contact our support desk if interested.

• We now provide integration with Windcave Card readers, for POS initiated transactions like PayWave, etc. Most of Windcaves terminals are HIT compatible. You need to check if your existing device is HIT compatible, then contact Windcave to configure your device for use on the HIT interface (or sell/rent you a new device). That way, our POS system can initiate the transaction for a seamless and reconcilable experience. Find out more here.
• Eyedropper Tool - something new in the drag-drop and contentbox editors (only available for chrome/chromium browsers currently) is an Eyedropper tool for picking a colour from your inpage content. Very handy if you want to set a contentbox section colour to match an image as per the example below. There is also an Eyedropper option in the Colour popup modal, where you can pick colours and add to your found colour options, which you can then drag into the relevant colour area.
• Paypal integration - our PayPal integration has been updated to the PayPal restful API interface.
